My Daddy Owns all of This

When I look out over the ranch my dad owns it covers a great deal of land. 160 acres to be exact. My grand kids when they first were old enough to understand the idea that their papa owned all this were amazed.

We can brag about our daddy owning a big ranch or our daddy owning a large business or whatever it is our daddy is doing that we are proud of but nothing compares to our Heavenly Father, our Spiritual Daddy and what He owns.

Often we need to stop and appreciate what our Heavenly Father owns as a reminder to ourselves and a tool used to remind Satan where his place is not only in this life but for all eternity.

When Satan is sweating it in the lake of fire, I'll be hopping from planet to planet running down streets of gold because my heavenly Father, "Daddy" owns it. When Satan is stuck in the dark for all eternity I'll be dancing in the daylight chasing butterflies and angels because my heavenly Father, "Daddy" owns it. When Satan is a part of the gnashing of teeth in pain and suffering I'll be laughing and singing praises to my King in the beautiful streets of Heaven because my heavenly Father, "Daddy" owns it.

Even the land my dad owns when I look out upon it I see my Heavenly Father, "Daddy" not only owns it He is the one that created the ground below, the grass that grows, the sky above and the mountains in the background. My "Daddy" owns it and He owns me because He created me too. Praise to the Lord God above, our Heavenly "Daddy" and the opportunity we get to be a part of His family for all eternity planet hopping, sliding down streets of gold, laughing and having the time of our lives. Our life in Heaven, the destination resort of our choice.

About Me

My photo
I reside in Oregon, with my husband of 32 years. I'm a mother of one and grandmother of six, counting my two newly adopted grandsons. I teach a women’s Bible Study. In June of 2007 God asked me to take with me the things I had learned in my own Christian walk to help those traveling down similar roads. A journey that started with a head injury in Jr. High School and the epilepsy it was to create later for 7 long years. One day I was given the key to my cure. In order to have the surgery to cure the 10% of my seizures that were truly epileptic I was told I had to get rid of first the 90% that were stress caused. For the next five years I took my stress issues to the Lord, leaning and relying on Him and His word as well as catchy sayings of others to see me through. As peace, obedience to God and giving up bad habits replaced worry, stubbornness and disobedience my stress seizures began to disappear. Finally I qualified for the surgery. The end result after 20 years has been being seizure free and pill free all those years. Praise the Lord. God is the cure. I can be contacted at karijo_fluffy@yahoo.com.
